Before starting RXM Creative, Mihai worked for agencies in Germany and New York, writing campaigns for brands like Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Diesel, Reebok, Toyota, Volkswagen or Ray-Ban.
Some of his awards include Cannes, Eurobest or D&AD. He was also featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today.

Matei brings over a decade of experience and has earned more than 150 international awards on clients like Google, Nike, Mercedes-Benz, Netflix, and Coca-Cola. His diverse skills extend beyond advertising as he is also a pilot, biker, and skipper.

Executive Creative Director
Before founding RXM Creative, Raul worked for Ogilvy in Germany and New York, Mother and Dentsu 360i, creating global campaigns for brands like GAP, Reebok, Canon, and
Toyota.
He was awarded in festivals like Cannes Lions, Red Dot Design, New York Festivals, ADC.
Emi Chitu
Account Director
With 8 years of experience, Emi has led global campaigns for clients like NEOM, P&G, and NATO DIANA across global and regional markets. Blending strategic insight with creative flair, he’s passionate about storytelling and culture, and outside of work, he travels, games, raves, and binges TV for the plot.
Andrea Erali
Head of Art
After graduating from Miami Ad School, Andrea joined RXM Creative, fast becoming a key part of the team, both from a visual and conceptual standpoint.

His work includes brands like Loro Piana, Ray-Ban, Under Armour, Christian Louboutin, Harry's and Amika. He's been honored in festivals like Webby's and Clios.
