Mihai Botarel – Co-Founder, Creative Director
A passionate pun master, Mihai started his career at Ogilvy, followed by Leo Burnett, DDB and 360i, where he partnered with Raul Mandru to lead Canon, Toyota and Coca-Cola. Prior to that, he also worked on Volkswagen, Diesel, Budweiser, Reebok or Uniqlo, being awarded in festivals like Cannes Lions, Eurobest, D&AD, Golden Drum, One Show and Epica.
Raul Mandru – Co-Founder, Creative Director
Before co-founding RXM Creative, Raul worked at Ogilvy, Dentsu and 360i, crafting campaigns for brands like GAP, Reebok, Canon and Toyota. His work received honours in festivals like Cannes Lions, Red Dot Design, New York Festivals, and ADC, while his frequent guitar solos have earned him a loyal fan base around the office.
Emily Johns – Account Director
A travel and cooking enthusiast hailing from New Orleans, Emily was previously at VaynerMedia. With a background in social, digital and strategic brand development, Emily has worked with a variety of retail, lifestyle and start-up brands including L’Oreal, Budweiser, PepsiCo, and Casper.
Chelsea Solitrin – Producer
Hailing from Philly, Chelsea is specialized in collecting memories, passport stamps and winks from her puddle Murray. She’s also born to bring big ideas to life and juggle impossible timelines with a smile. Her past experience includes agencies like BBDO and clients such as Grey Goose and Pepsi.
Andrea Erali – Art Director
Our in-house lasagna specialist, Andrea is a Milan-native with a passion for colorful camo prints and pastel Instagram feeds. A Miami Ad School graduate, he worked at Saatchi and 360i before joining RXM, honing his craft on brands like Christian Louboutin, Ray-Ban, Sunglass Hut and Lenscrafters.
Michelle Burgess – Director of Operations
Passionate about organic farming and home cooking, Michelle brings her experience in tech companies like Clickable and Syncapse to her role as Director of Operations, while also bringing a smile to the office every day.
